This LA Food Startup Baked Up Some Super Delicious Low Carb Cookies

It is the bane of every cookie lover: you want to eat all those cookies but you’re worried about the calorie count and what it will do to your weight. Check out NUI Cookies, the low carb keto snack cookies. You get the best of both worlds, a delicious cookie with only two grams of carbohydrates.

Keto Kookie is the product of Victor Macias and Kristoffer Quiaoit, buddies who discovered the benefits of the ketogenic diet. However the two had a difficult time finding a tasty but low carb cookie so they decided to make one, and the results have been pretty good.

The results are Keto Kookies, delicious low carb cookies that are keto friendly, paleo friendly and non-GMO. These cookies have no added sugar and gluten-free. The ingredients in these cookies also provide nourishment so you can keep going throughout the day. You can eat the cookies anytime, but they’re most effective during the mornings as they work like energy bars.

The natural ingredients in Keto Kookies provide you with extra strength and the energy needed to do your workouts. With each cookie, you get coconut oils and flour that serve as brain fuel. Monkfruit extract manages cholesterol and blood sugar while almond flour and butter are rich in magnesium and protein.
