TechStyle is hiring 30 talented folks in its El Segundo office (Los Angeles, CA) – minutes away from LAX.
1. Sr. Accountant
Seeking a Sr. Accountant to work closely with key members of the global accounting department on significant areas of the financial statements – both foreign and domestic. Your core responsibilities include month-end general ledger close procedures, trend analysis, the preparation of financial statements, and supporting schedules.
This role will give you exposure to many facets of the business across multiple fashion brands. You will have the opportunity to work with business partners on new initiatives, as well as have the ability to integrate such strategic initiatives into current accounting and business processes. Since TechStyle is a dynamic, expanding the global business, you will have the opportunity to work closely and assist cross-functional teams with the integration of current financial systems into more streamlined process flows.
2. Marketing Coordinator – Fabletics
Seeking a Marketing Coordinate for Fabletics brand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of eCommerce marketing promotions & site communications to increase customer engagement, revenue, and conversion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process driven, analytical, reliable, and a stellar communicator.
The Marketing Coordinator will champion online Marketing initiatives while collaborating with Site Merchandising, Planning, Creative, and Product to push Marketing initiatives live on fabletics.com. 3. Sample Coordinator – Savage X Fenty
Seeking a Sample Coordinator for Savage X Fenty brand. You will work with the Savage X Fenty brand team to manage samples for photo shoots. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional departments including design, merchandising and production to handle and track samples on behalf of the styling team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Executive Strategy Associate
Seeking an Executive Strategy Associate with an experienced and passionate super-star to work 1-on-1 with the VP, Head of Strategy & Operations, and key members of the senior leadership team as their right hand. This person will be accountable for executing strategic projects and initiatives that transform and grow our business. Savage X Fenty launched just 7 months ago, so this is a truly unique opportunity to help drive growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting at one of the hottest brands in fashion. As such, this individual should be a true self-starter who can roll his/her sleeves up and dive right in. This individual will have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, but also have the ability to work cross-functionally to drive analyses and subsequently synthesize findings into concise presentations and executive-level summaries.
5. Executive Strategy Associate Fabletics
Seeking an experienced and passionate super-star to work 1-on-1 with key members of our senior leadership team as their right hand, accountable for executing strategic projects and initiatives that transform and grow our business. The role is a fast-track position created to develop TechStyle’s future leaders – ideally, the right individual will be promoted to a role with direct P&L responsibility within 18-24 months. We will match top talent to areas of the business that most match candidates’ expertise and interests.
6. Logistics Specialist
Seeking a Logistics Specialist, who will be directly responsible for transportation analysis and coordination related to both domestically sourced shipments and outbound consumer shipments. He / She will be responsible for resolving tactical issues with domestic transportation, TL, LTL and small parcel providers and proactively handling shipment exceptions, such as, updates and expedites in a timely manner.
He / She must be able to project immediate credibility regarding his / her understanding of an integrated transportation environment within the broader supply chain. In addition, the Specialist will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement to streamline processes and reduce costs, while meeting on-time delivery goals. Strong experience in time-sensitive supply chain and logistics functions, as well as domestic Truck Load, LTL, and Small Parcel industry knowledge to support a rapidly growing organization is required.
7. Employee Relations Specialist
Seeking an Employee Relations Specialist who will be responsible for delivering employee relations counseling and support to managers and employees of TechStyle. This role will be focusing on but not limited to performance, conflict resolution, and resolving employee concerns and complaints. Employee Relations Specialist provides guidance in regard to the interpretation of policy to minimize the potential adverse impact of lawsuits and compliance issues. This position plays a strategic role to ensure our values are represented in our actions every day.
8. Manager, Insights & Strategy – Fabletics
Seeking a Manager, Insights & Strategy for Fabletics brand with an experienced and passionate super-star to join the Strategy and Operations team at Fabletics. This individual will own and manage the Member Insights team at Fabletics, as well as own and manage ad hoc operational and strategic projects across Fabletics. Co-founded by actress Kate Hudson, Fabletics is the first global active-lifestyle brand with a true fashion point-of-view, designed with every woman in mind.
9. Social Media Content Associate – Fabletics
Seeking a Social Media Content Associate for Fabletics brand, who will lead the content development and implementation of social media marketing programs to align with brand personality, build meaningful community connections, and encourage authentic engagement while meetings goals of driving awareness, traffic, and new customers.
10. Assistant Buyer – Fabletics
Seeking an Assistant Buyer for Fabletics brand, who will provide critical merchandising support for all categories/segments of the Fabletics business. You will be responsible for sales reporting and analysis, ongoing maintenance of buys and POs, tracking of product throughout the production and selling life cycle, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Planning/Design/Marketing/Product/Creative. 11. Senior Analyst
Seeking a Sr Analyst who would be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget for the Global Fulfillment Centers (GFC), supporting the leadership team as well as providing analysis for the Global Operations organization. This role will act as a cross between a Sr. Financial Analyst and a Sr. Business Analyst.
12. Allocation Analyst – Fabletics Retail
Seeking an Allocation Analyst for Fabletics Retail, who would be responsible for managing store-level inventory. You will help ensure they have the right product at the right time in the right quantities. The best candidate is someone who enjoys the granular side of fashion and retail and is seeking an opportunity to join an amazing team in growth mode. This role is critical to the growth of the retail business as we continue to expand our brick-and-mortar footprint across domestic and international markets.
13. VP, Merchandising – Fabletics
Seeking a VP, Merchandising for Fabletics brand, who will be responsible for leading the Fabletics division in creating strategies, driving sales, delivering margin results, and supporting brand objectives based on our competitive landscape. In addition, the VP of Merchandising will develop a seasonal growth strategy based on a detailed knowledge of the brand objectives, intimate understanding of the customer, and competition and the overall market. The right candidate will be a creative, results – an oriented self-starter who possess excellent prioritization and project management skills, in addition to a strong sense of focus and meticulous attention to detail.
14. Director, CRM – Savage X Fenty
Seeking a Director of CRM for Savage X Fenty brand, who you would be responsible for developing integrated communication strategies across customer segments for all touchpoints including web/mobile experiences, email, retail and direct mail strategy. Our business combines a direct-to-consumer, digitally native business model with a membership model to deliver the best customer experience. The right candidate will understand the membership model, be obsessed with CRM strategy, segmentation, lead conversion and identifying potential business opportunities to elevate the Savage X Fenty team.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional partners, including acquisition, creative, merchant, and marketing teams to drive traffic and support the brand narrative through data mining, test and learn strategies, and customer segmentation via the email marketing channel. The Director of CRM will own the customer data, analysis and insights to drive actionable strategies across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical and detail oriented team player prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to driving response, customer LTV and creating compelling customer branding experiences.
15. VP, Strategy and Operations – Fast Fashion (JustFab & ShoeDazzle)
Seeking a VP, Strategy/Operations to be a part of a growing business in the intersection of technology and fashion. As part of the leadership team, this person will help set the strategic vision for the Fast Fashion brands, identifying key areas for growth. The Vice President will lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations team that works closely with other departments to create business solutions that lead to higher customer lifetime values & retention, improved effectiveness and efficiency of our teams, and a better understanding of our customers.
16. Compensation Manager
Seeking a Compensation Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the TechStyle Compensation Program, including executive compensation, annual bonus and compensation planning, retail bonus planning, development of job architecture and salary structures. The right candidate would be a solution-driven individual who sees inefficiencies as an exciting opportunity to create impactful change within the Global Rewards Team, and one who utilizes his/her expertise in Compensation and Rewards to optimize the Rewards program for the company.
17. Graphic Designer – Fabletics
Seeking a Graphic Designer for Fabletics brand. You would be responsible for our highly visible lookbooks, elevated pages, newsletters, promotions, site assets, and print catalog. These assets drive the imagery of the brand and compel current and new customers to purchase with us. You will also need great attention to detail, a great eye for photography selects, strong typography skills and be organized. 18. Associate Designer – JustFab
Seeking an Associate Designer for JustFab brand, who will be assisting with trend research, sketching styles and creating/ updating line sheets. 19. Design Assistant – Fabletics
Seeking a Design Assistant for Fabletics brand, who will assist the design team in all aspects pertaining to the creative process of bringing a line to life. We create 12 collections a year, inspired by the athletic lifestyle of our guests. Your role will support design leadership with creating presentations, mood boards, assisting with research, creating and updating line sheets, and BOMs, and managing the team’s tools and deliverables.

20. Director, Design
Seeking a Director of Design, who will drive the overall trend and design strategy for Fabletics. Leading a team of designers and assistants, you will create monthly products that are end-user and function driven, are on-trend, commercially viable, and aligned with our brand identity and created for our guest. 21. Footwear & Handbag Sr. Design Director – Fast Fashion Brands (JustFab & ShoeDazzle)
Seeking Footwear/Handbag Sr. Design Director, who will inspire a strong design culture and manage and coach a team for focused product distinction. The Footwear and Handbag Senior Design Director will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, articulately communicating design vision through the product creation process. An understanding of footwear and handbag constructions, materials, and production process is key to the success of this individual. We are seeking a strong and motivating leader with a positive and professional attitude, a history of taking initiative, who shows strong technical capabilities with an understanding of manufacturing. 22. Technical Designer, Apparel – JustFab
Seeking a Technical Designer in Apparel for JustFab brand. You will analyze and size women’s garments from the proto stage to final production. The Technical Designer will be sitting on all fittings, participating in garment construction from the development stages through production, and creating a heavy volume of tech packs. You will be joining an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards significant expansion into various apparel categories. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind who understands the brand aesthetic and price point of JustFab. A strong background working with both knit and woven fabrics with prior experience in apparel categories (jackets, tops, & bottoms).
23. UI/UX Designer
Seeking a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for delivering a world-class shopping experience for our members. You will collaborate with product managers and software engineers to tackle a wide range of challenges across a variety of platforms. We will count on you to deliver high-quality wireframes, comps, and annotations that support business goals and requirements. The right candidate would be a passionate creative, out-of-the-box problem solver with a commitment to doing high-quality work, a solid track record for designing beautiful customer-facing products, and a strong interest in keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
24. Data Engineer
Seeking a Data Engineer who will take ownership of Development oversight, guidance, and direction setting for the data pipeline as well as the Data Management platforms. The right candidate would be a self-motivated, highly detail-oriented team-player with a positive drive to strategize and implement BI Solutions that enable the business to derive valuable insights. You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve aggressive goals, and meet timelines to drive the business forward. 25. Sr. DBA Manager
Seeking a Sr. DBA Manager who will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide operational support covering all Dev, QA, and production Microsoft SQL Server OLTP & OLAP environments. The ideal candidate is skilled in performance tuning, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and administration of SQL Server technologies in both clustered and standalone environments. The Sr. DBA Manager will lead a support team with a high degree of technical expertise, mentoring, developing future roadmaps and supporting current infrastructure. 26. QA Engineer – Automation
Seeking an Automation QA Engineer who will be responsible for testing functionality and validating e-commerce sites using test automation techniques. This is a development engineering role and the ideal candidate will have knowledge in programming and analysis, and the ability to work in conjunction with the QA Analysts. The Software QA Engineer role is critical to growing test automation into new business units and expanding regression suites in existing ones.

This position will be a strong creative partner to Copywriters, Producers, and Directors, collaborating and continually ideating throughout the post-production process. The ideal candidate has experience editing everything from commercials to music videos to narrative projects. This person will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work fast and efficiently. This person has the desire to continually learn and can mentor the rest of the editing team.
29. Mobile Product Manager
