Andrea Zahumensky, chief marketing officer for KFC U.S., expressed her excitement about the new addition, stating that Sweet Lightning is as unique to KFC as the Colonel’s secret blend of 11 herbs and spices. She believes that, like their world-famous fried chicken, Sweet Lightning will keep fans coming back for more.

Despite the current trend of limited-time offerings in the fast food world, MTN DEW has confirmed that Sweet Lightning will be a permanent addition to KFC locations nationwide. This long-term commitment to the new beverage suggests that the brands are confident in the success of their partnership and the appeal of their new product.
