It is the passion project of Chef Judy Han, who is also the sole owner of the place, as she intends to offer not only delicious but healthy and practical Korean food for everyone to enjoy.

Chef Han gets her poultry and other produce from a sustainable, local Southern California farmer that is why people can be assured that the food they eat is only made from the freshest ingredients.

For gatherings and events, Eko Eats also offers catering services, but it should be noted that 48 hours notice is required as much as possible. They also offer delivery, with a delivery charge, to any location that is within walking distance from them.
Their traditional Korean dishes such as bibimbap, kimchi fried rice, jook (porridge), and Korean fried chicken are worth trying as well as other items on their simple and practical menu.
